• General website enquiries: name, city, phone number, email address, subject and message. Our general contact form does not require CNIC.
• Travel bookings and documentation services: where necessary, we may request passport details, CNIC/B-Form, date of birth, photographs, visa documents, traveller preferences and other information required by airlines, hotels, governments or suppliers.
• Booking/payment records: quotation, invoice, transaction and payment-status information needed to manage the service.
• Technical information: website/server logs, device/browser information, cookies and analytics information generated when you use the site.

2. How we use information

• Prepare quotations, itineraries and travel arrangements.
• Issue or manage air/rail tickets and hotel reservations.

3. When information is shared

• Embassies, consulates, visa centres, immigration/visa authorities and pilgrimage-service systems where relevant.
• Insurance providers and other travel-service suppliers selected for your booking.

4. Website services, cookies and external platforms

The site may use cookies and third-party services for functions such as traffic measurement, security, Google services, maps, reviews or embedded/linked content. For example, our site may use Google-related tools and Trustindex to display Google reviews. Clicking WhatsApp, Google Maps, airline portals or other external links takes you to services governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Sensitive travel documents

Passports, identity documents and visa-related files should only be provided when genuinely required for a service. Access should be limited to staff and suppliers who need the information to perform that service.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to complete services, handle disputes/refunds, maintain business/accounting records and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type and supplier requirement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information, including HTTPS/SSL for website traffic and restricted access to operational records. No online or offline storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Your choices

Some records cannot be removed immediately when retention is required for accounting, disputes, supplier records or law.
