1. Quotations, prices and confirmation
- Travel fares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes and supplier availability can change without notice.
- A quotation is not a confirmed booking until the required payment has been received and the relevant ticket/reservation/service has been issued or confirmed.
- If a fare or service changes before confirmation, we will advise you of the revised option before proceeding.
2. Traveller information
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, passport/CNIC details, travel dates and other booking information. Airline and government systems can impose charges or refuse changes when information is incorrect after issuance.
3. Flight and railway tickets
- Ticket changes, refunds, baggage and no-show rules are governed mainly by the airline/rail operator and the fare purchased.
- Agency/service charges may apply in addition to supplier penalties.
- Schedules can change after issuance; travellers should reconfirm important departure information and arrive according to the carrier’s instructions.
4. Umrah services
- Travellers must comply with current Saudi visa, health, entry and pilgrimage regulations.
- Hotel names, room types, transport, meal plans and other package components are those stated in the confirmed quotation/voucher.
- Changes after visa, ticket or hotel confirmation can create supplier cancellation or amendment charges.
- We do not guarantee visa approval, airline operation or access to any site controlled by government/religious authorities.
5. Iran & Iraq Ziyaraat
- Group travellers should follow the agreed itinerary and reasonable guide/group instructions.
- Accommodation, meals, transport and ziyarat arrangements are supplied according to the selected package and can be affected by peak dates such as Arbaeen.
- Border procedures, security restrictions, local government rules and flight/road operations are outside our direct control and may require itinerary changes.
6. Visas and documentation assistance
We may assist with forms, appointments, document preparation and travel planning, but the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority or visa centre makes the final decision. Government/visa-centre fees and our service charges may have different refund rules; these will be explained for the relevant case.
7. Domestic and international tours
- Routes and sightseeing may be adjusted due to weather, landslides, road closures, supplier changes, safety concerns or local restrictions.
- Mountain roads, seasonal passes, domestic flights and local jeep routes are particularly weather-sensitive.
- Where a material itinerary change is required, we will try to provide a reasonable alternative within the practical limits of the booked service.
8. Hotels, transfers, vehicles and activities
- Hotel category, room type, board basis, pickup details, vehicle type and activity inclusions are those shown in the confirmed booking.
- Named vehicle models may be replaced by a similar suitable vehicle when the supplier contract permits.
- Hotel check-in policies, security deposits, city taxes and activity age/health rules may be imposed directly by the supplier/destination.
9. Travel insurance
Insurance is governed by the insurer’s certificate and policy wording. Coverage limits, exclusions, claims and eligibility are determined by the insurance provider, not by Abbas Trekking & Tours.
10. Payments, cancellations and refunds
- Payment deadlines are stated in the quotation or advised at booking.
- Cancellation/refund amounts depend on what has already been issued or paid to airlines, hotels, visa providers and other suppliers.
- Some tickets, visas, hotel rates, activities or service fees may be non-refundable after confirmation.
- Refund processing time can depend on the supplier and payment channel.
11. Passports, visas and entry requirements
The traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport, visa/permit, health documents and other entry requirements for the full journey. We can provide guidance, but requirements can change and official authorities make the final determination.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, war/security events, strikes, border closure, government action, epidemic restrictions, carrier cancellation or major infrastructure disruption. We will assist with available alternatives subject to supplier rules and any additional cost.
13. Conduct and safety
Travellers must follow applicable laws, supplier safety instructions and reasonable group/guide directions. A traveller may be responsible for costs or consequences caused by their own misconduct, prohibited items, document issues or failure to follow official instructions.
14. Website and current-offer information
We try to keep the website accurate, but prices, policies and availability can change faster than web pages can be updated. “Current Offers” and WhatsApp quotations should be reconfirmed before payment. Images may be illustrative unless a specific hotel/vehicle/service is named in the final confirmation.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and may be shared with suppliers/authorities as necessary to provide requested travel services.
16. Supplier terms
Airlines, hotels, insurers, visa centres, transport providers and activity operators are independent suppliers. Their own conditions also apply to the portions of the trip they provide.
17. Contact and complaints
Please contact us promptly if you believe a booking detail is incorrect or a service problem arises. Early notice gives us the best opportunity to contact the relevant supplier and seek a practical solution.
