Official Document of Abbas Trekking & Tours (SMC-Private) Limited

By engaging with Abbas Trekking & Tours (SMC-Private) Limited for any travel-related services, the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Traveler”) agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

1. Global Flight Ticketing

• 1.1 Data Accuracy: Tickets are issued strictly based on the Passport/CNIC copies provided. Any name correction, date change, or routing modification after issuance will attract airline penalties plus our service charges.
• 1.2 Fare Validity: Fares are not guaranteed until the ticket is fully paid and issued. In case of sudden tax hikes by airlines or government authorities, the traveler must pay the difference.
• 1.3 Cancellations: Refunds for cancelled tickets are subject to airline timelines and policies. Service fees charged by our agency are non-refundable.

2. Iran & Iraq Ziyaraat Services

• 2.1 Group Discipline: For Ziyaraat (Karbala, Najaf, Mashhad, Qom), travelers must stay with the assigned group and follow the Salar/Guide’s instructions. Breaking away from the group without prior written permission is strictly prohibited for security reasons.
• 2.2 Documentation: Travelers must provide original Passports and required photographs 20 days prior to departure for group visa processing.
• 2.3 Accommodation & Food: Hotel categories in Iraq/Iran vary. While we strive for proximity to the Harams, the specific distance may vary during Arbaeen or peak Ziyaraat dates. Standard meals are provided; special dietary requirements must be managed by the traveler.
• 2.4 Security & Risks: Ziyaraat involves travel to regions with unique security dynamics. The company is not liable for border closures, flight delays due to security, or unexpected local government restrictions.

3. Umrah Packages

• 3.1 Saudi Regulations: All pilgrims must comply with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah laws. Overstaying a visa is a criminal offense and will result in heavy fines and a permanent ban.
• 3.2 Package Modifications: Once the Umrah visa is issued (Mofawada), the package cannot be cancelled or downgraded. Any changes to hotel bookings after visa issuance will incur full cancellation charges.

4. International Visa Consulting

• 4.1 Final Authority: Abbas Trekking & Tours provides expert file preparation and appointment services for Schengen, USA, UK, and other global destinations. We have no influence over the Embassy’s decision.
• 4.2 Fee Policy: Visa fees paid to embassies and service charges paid to our agency are non-refundable under all circumstances, including visa rejection.

5. Domestic Tours & Northern Areas

• 5.1 Itinerary: Routes may change due to landslides, weather, or roadblocks. The company reserves the right to adjust the plan for the safety of the travelers.
• 5.2 Vehicle Policy: AC will be operated based on terrain and engine temperature, especially on steep mountain inclines.
• 5.3 Prohibited Items: Narcotics, alcohol, and weapons are strictly forbidden. Any traveler found in possession will be off-loaded immediately without a refund.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

• 6.1 Deposits: A 50% advance is required to initiate any booking. This deposit is non-refundable as it is immediately utilized for vendor payments.
• 6.2 Currency Rates: Quotes are based on the current PKR/USD/SAR exchange rates. Any significant devaluation of the PKR before full payment will result in a price adjustment.
