📝 Passport Renewal Service

Passport Renewal service is available for both Inland and Overseas Pakistanis. We guide you through the digital process, assisting with the online application, seamless fee payment via debit/credit card, and the accurate uploading of required documents.

📅 When to Renew:

When your passport has expired.
When its validity is less than 1 year (or 7 months for some destinations).

Note: This service is primarily for standard renewals where particulars match existing records, or for minor modifications.

📄 General Supporting Documents

Ensure you have the following general documents ready for your application process:

Proof of Fee Payment: Original Bank Paid Fee Challan or e-Payment Confirmation.
Valid ID: Original Valid CNIC/NICOP with a photocopy (18+).
Existing Passport: Previous Passport in original with its photocopy.
NOC: No Objection Certificate (for government employees).
Foreign Passport: For Dual-Nationals.
For Lost Passport: Police report mentioning the passport number.

1. New Passport for a Newborn Baby (Up to 2 years)

Application Type: “NEW”

Scan of valid original Smart Card/ NICOP issued with father/guardian name.
Scan of parents’ valid CNIC/NICOP and Passports.
Birth Registration Certificate (NADRA or foreign authority).
Original scan of a color picture with white background.

2. Reprint of Damaged Passport

Application Type: “Reprint Damage”

Scan of original valid CNIC/ NICOP/ Smart card.
Scan of Original Passport Data page and damaged page.
Original Scan Finger Prints Performa.
Applicant declaration detailing the damage.

3. Reprint of Exhausted Passport

Application Type: “Reprint Exhausted”

Scan of original valid CNIC/ NICOP/ Smart card.
Scan of data page + last ten pages.
Applicant declaration stating pages are exhausted.

4. Reprint of Lost Passport (1st & 2nd time)

Application Type: “Reprint Lost”

Scan of original valid CNIC/ NICOP/ Smart card.
Last machine-readable passport lost report.

5. Partial Modification (Marital Status/Profession)

Application Type: “Modification”

Revised CNIC/NICOP/Smart card.
Marriage certificate / Husband’s ID (for females).
Original Scan Finger Prints Performa.

Below is the current fee structure for Machine Readable Passports (MRP) and e-Passports. Fees are subject to government revision.
